KABUL, 9 July 2026 (TON): Afghanistan's Minister of Public Works, Mullah Mohammad Isa Sani, met Turkmenistan's Ambassador Khoja Ovezov in Kabul to discuss bilateral transport and infrastructure cooperation, the ministry said.
The meeting focused on strengthening economic and trade links while reviewing progress on several joint transport projects between the two countries.
According to the ministry, the discussions included the Aqina-Andkhoy railway project, the expansion of Torghundi Port and measures to improve regional connectivity through future infrastructure development.
