The Houthis, on Wednesday 16 September 2026, released separate videos they claimed these showed the wreckage of a Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 fighter jet shot down by them over Marib in Yemen. The released video footage showed aircraft debris bearing national flag of Saudi Arabia on aircraft’s tail. Without two-step separate forensic analysis of both video and the debris of aircraft it is difficult to confirm if the footage and scared debris are fake AI generated videos or someone has actually shot down the Fighter aircraft. As far as all the available accessed videos regarding the wreckage are concerned these are totally fake in which ample of incriminating evidences proves ingenuity and self-generated features. Attempts were made to collect some minor part of the aircraft from the site of wreckage but till now access could not be made. In fact,
if parts of the aircrafts are allowed to undergo forensic tests the exact details can be identified. Every part bears serial numbers as well as tail section recovered at the crash site can also confirms everything. However, every video failed the test to confirm that it was Saudi F 15 Fighter jet wreckage. If the photographs and videos of tail section are actually recovered at the crash site, it confirms that Houthis claim is misleading and absurd. The viewers can compare the file photograph of actual F 15 used by Royal Saudi Air Force and one shown by Houthis as wreckage of Saudi Fighter jet thought videos in social media. Even the Royal Saudi Air Force and the Kingdom has denied the Houthis claim that Saudi F-15 was shot-down by them.
