7.2 magnitude earthquake struck Venezuela

CARACAS June 25, 2026 (TON): Venezuela had declared a state of emergency after two strong earthquakes struck back to back causing destruction.

First earthquake of 7.2 magnitude and the second of 7.5 followed by the first hit the western Venezuela.

Authorities reported Buildings and structures in several areas got collapsed due to temor.

32 people got killed and hundreds of them got injured. Rescue teams are engaged in searcha and recovery operation as officials are working to know the full extent of damage.
