The Indian National Investigation Agency officially took over the investigation of Baisaran mountaintop terrorist attack of 22 April 2025, after a gap of almost of five to six days. The investigation hints that the probe is being carried out with fixed mindset in an attempt to establish connection between Gagangeer, Gulmarg and Pahalgam attacks as well as other past incidents so that junks of Kashmiris’ linked with self-perceived networks provide security forces to establish reign of terror in Jammu and Kashmir.

Sufficient evidences have been collected so far and additional can also be added that it was Indian Northern Army Commander, Lieutenant General Suchendra Kumar and the Indian Military Intelligence operators who planned and got executed extra-constitutional Kashmiri Special Police Officials. Confirm reports reflect that he was briefed at Headquarter Srinagar after the incident, “… Everything went fine as expected while national and international media created full impact against Kashmiris Muslim and Pakistan leadership”.

There are clear indications from the interviews of witnesses that groups and names of those who were to be killed at Pahalgam were shared with killers/ terrorists for target-killings. Witnesses disclosed that Christians, Hindus and those Muslims who possessed sympathies for tourists were killed. Had the terrorists only focused on the Hindus, why Christians and Muslims were amongst those killed? It is on record that a person who got married on 16th April read Kalma Tayyiaba to prove that he was a Muslim but he was also killed. Multiple witnesses disclosed, “When the military came these terrorists without hesitation continued taking photographs”. This means military had links with these state sponsored killers/ terrorists.

Witnesses were complaining against the harsh, abusing and humiliating attitude of some of the tourists towards local Kashmiris. Some tourists while going up on ponies to Baisaran mountaintop told ‘Ponywallas’ in middle of journey to take them back and also cautioned other tourists that danger is ahead and they should refuse to go Baisaran mountaintop. Interviews telecast on the media as well as the contacted witnesses claimed that hours ahead of firing, Urdu speaking persons, Biharis and Rohingyas including Ms Aikta Chaudhry, who were probably Muslims but posed if they were Hindus, created a bad scene and contacted authorities and also posted photos of local Kashmiris at Baisaran.

The prime witness, Rishi Bhatt’s Salfie-video was also examined by NIA but proved factitious. Rishi claims, “When I was on the Zipline, the Zipline operator said Allah o Akbar thrice and then the firing started." In an interview with NIA officials, he also claimed “I saw 5 to 6 people getting shot and when a man falling down from Zipline that was the moment, I realized something was wrong, I unlatched my Zipline rope, jumped down from about 15 feet, and started running with my wife and son to save our lives. It is strange that the video clips did not show if video captured from a height of 15 feet. More so the different direction of shadows of the trees and individuals on ground in the same video showed that the video is edited and captured at different timings as shown in the photo above.

The biased investigation can be realized from the fact that NIA has claimed that it has examined technical evidences and successfully established Hashim Musa alias Suleiman as a common link to these attacks. No doubt, all these attempts aims to carryout carnage of innocent Kashmiris to further intimidate and terrorize them so that they dare not to demand their right of self-determination to seek independence. The question arises how name of Hashim Musa got surfaced when all the terrorist operated in open, did not leave the area after an hour of firing and 28 killings and were also known to the military personnel, who arrived the crime scene hours after the incident.

Pahalgam terrorism will disturb international security; also giving license to Indian occupying forces carryout series of further genocide of Kashmiri Muslims to change the demography and settle non-Kashmiris while the Indian Army is also trying to takeover the business in Jammu and Kashmir. This state-sponsored terrorism where all security forces were withdrawn to allow unhindered killings aims to reach long-term objectives as it happened after Public School attack in Pakistan. Some of the deaths and injuries are fictitious but the killings of innocent people should not go unchecked. The analysis of each interview highlights many serious defects due to putting words into the mouths of the witnesses for hidden agenda. The Truth can still be reached that require an International inquiry under the UNO, where representative from India and Pakistan should be part of it.

The war phobia has taken both Pakistan and India to the brink of a full-fledge war. Islamabad denies her involvement but New Delhi blames Pakistan despit doubtful. Indian Cabinet Committee on Security has proposed surgical strikes simultaneously on three locations inside Pakistan after 1 May 2025. Meanwhile, the Indian Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan and Defence and External hierarchy held meeting with the senior Indian military officers including Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi where India Military ruled out Indian capacity to wage full fledge war. Reportedly, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi demanded at least six to eight months for the preparation as situation is tense in Eastern Command, however, he did not stress on delaying surgical strikes from high altitude.

Meanwhile, Islamabad has placed its Armed Forces on high alert including Pakistan Air Force and Special Forces while some officers and soldiers got their fresh posting orders for emergency moves. Pakistan Army has setup Nerve Centers with at least 8 tri-services ‘War Rooms’ and allied ‘Operation Rooms’ at all the Brigade Headquarters level. There were movements of heavy military equipment to unknown locations in several cities and reportedly drone units have also been activated. However, till 27 April 2024, there was information of cancellation of leaves. It is added that after the visit high-level Bangladeshi delegation to Pakistan this year, both countries are enjoying military partnership and have come very close to each other and they may cooperate.

The situations in North Eastern India as well as Indian held Jammu and Kashmir are extremely tense nowadays and there are reports that Pahalgam terrorist attack might be planned to divert attention from troubled East. New Delhi has moved additional units of Indian Army and Para military forces. Unconfirmed reports claim that elements from Easter Command Shillong were moved from their peace locations to troubles states. If we recall that military operations are in progress in Manipur, Nagaland and Mizoram while tension is high in Assam. The Center imposed Presidential Rules on 13 February 2025 whereas the tenure of the Assemblies was till 2027. The United National Liberation Front (UNLF), Kangleipak Communist Party (PEG), the United People’s Party of Kangleipak (UPPK) and others are hostile. The Indian agencies are trying to divide the states on ethnic-religious lines to prevent them from joining Bangladesh or wining independence from India.

There is positive development where that the Indian authorities have handed over the probe of 22^nd April Pahalgam terrorist attack to National Investigation Agency (NIA) but delay in filing fresh FIR on 26 April and collection of evidences at this stage might result in wrong analysis due to tampered evidences. They would re-examine the witnesses and the mobile footages, which were mostly edited through Artificial Intelligence apps. Pakistan has already offered India assistance in the investigation, which New Delhi must take positively. Both countries must remove suspicion and doubts and settle the on going and other issues peacefully through dialogue and peaceful means. Both India and Pakistan should realize that the issue of Jammu and Kashmir is disputed and internationally recognized, how it is possible that this issue cannot have any solution?

It seems that two nuclear powers; Pakistan and India are on the verge of full fledge war. Not only the masses of these countries are fully charged to see other defeated but also the world peace is generally threatened by the accusations and counter accusations. No doubt, India is neither a terrorist country nor those living in the Indian subcontinent are involved in terrorism. Same stands for neighboring Pakistan and rest of states. However, we cannot deny on going terrorism in India where in the recent incident 28 innocent people were killed in the single act of terrorism at a tourist resort at Pahalgam on 22 April 2025. Who was involved, what were the motives and how to put this threat of terrorism to an end… is the riddle, which the whole world is looking for an answer. Let find the truth if whatever is happening in disputed Jammu and Kashmir is due to Indian fake encounters or state sponsored terrorism or Kashmiris are really terrorists? The investigation is in two parts which United Nations Organization (UNO, the European Union (EU), the Human Rights organization and civilized nations of the world must give a patience thought.

On 9 March 2025, Indian Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan chaired two high-level security review meetings with focus on intensifying anti-terrorist operations ahead of the summer months to neutralize any threat and ensure peace in Jammu and Kashmir during a Hindu event of 38-day annual Amarnath Yatra and inauguration of Kashmir Railway Line by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi scheduled from 3 July 2025. The meetings were attended by Corps Commander Lieutenant Navin Sachdeva, Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat, Director General of Border Security Force Daljit Singh Chawdhary, the senior officers from National Investigation Agency, Intelligence agencies and Paramilitary Forces. The rationale behind the meeting was recovery of three bodies of missing persons and orders by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha for a thorough and transparent investigation into these killings.

Interestingly, exactly how the terrorist involved in the Jaffar Express train terrorist attack on 11 March 2025, where the terrorists divided the passengers in groups comprising of Punjabis, Saraikis, Sindhis, Baloch while separate group of Army and FC personnel were made to killed selected passengers, in Jammu and Kashmir too, the terrorist kidnapped 2 Muslims from Bilawal area of Kathua on 27 February and 3 Hindus from same area on 5 March 2025, all the Hindus were killed while Muslims were spared and set free. The matter was also raised in the Assembly. The Indian Union Minister Jitendra Singh tweeted, "The brutal killing of 3 youth by terrorists in Bani area of ​​district Kathua is extremely sad as well as a matter of great concern. This is a step to disturb the harmonious atmosphere in the area”.

It should not surprise that during Pahalgam terrorist attack on 22 April 2025, in which 24 Indians, one Kashmiri, one Nepali and one UAE citizen were killed while many other sustained injuries, as per the witnesses the terrorists inquired each human target about his religious affiliation before killing him and only Hindus were killed. Exactly as it happened over killing of three Hindus on 8 March, next day on 9 March high-level security review meetings was held to focus on intensifying anti-terrorist operations. This was followed by Cordon & Search Operation by in Kathua district and .joint forces of Army, the Special Operations Group of the J&K Police and the Central Reserve Police Force killed or apprehended many Kashmiris claiming this was done during an encounter. After the Pahalgam terrorist attack, next day the Indian Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) met to take account of the situation Pahalgam terrorist attack and decided number of measures and claimed that these measures will remain enforced until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably abjures its support for cross-border terrorism. This was followed by joint operation in which the Indian Security Forces killed 41 Kashmiri Muslim and arrested over 970 innocent unarmed Kashmiris. They also destroyed the family houses where suspected militant Kashmiris were living.

There is no doubt that 22^nd April terrorist attack was Indian state sponsored plot which was carried out by Indian security apparatus and the agencies which participated in high-level meeting of 9 March 2025. The two Central Reserve Police Force units deployed to protect Pahalgam were withdrawn to execute planned terrorism in order to criminalize Kashmiri Muslims and pave way from extensive heavy military deployment everywhere in deputed Jammu and Kashmir State to allow permanent residence for foreigners and non-State subjects as well as enforce Hindu Raj in Muslim majority Jammu and Kashmir in the name of 38-day annual Amarnath Yatra. If we recall, in July 2020, Indian Army Captain Bhupinder Singh was sentenced to life imprisonment for having hired three Kashmiri labourers and staged a fake encounter in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district and later claimed they were Pakistani terrorists to earn cash reward and out-of-turn promotion. Similarly, Colonel Dinesh Pathania, Captain Opendra, Havildar Devender Kumar, Lance Naik Lakhmi, Lance Naik Arun Kumar, and rifleman Abass Hussain of Indian Army were sentenced life imprisonment in fake encounter. Sufficient evidences have been collected and more still required to be added for a clear and precise picture. The 22^nd April terrorist attack at Pahalgam has been exposed in which Indian Military Intelligence and an India religo-political party is involved. Indian Northern Army Commander, Lieutenant General Suchendra Kumar was in New Delhi when terrorists carried out carnage of innocent tourists at Baisaran mountaintop near Pahalgam of Anantnag district. He was immediately flown to 15 Corps Headquarters, Srinagar where he was briefed about the operation that everything went fine as expected while national and international media created full impact against Kashmiris Muslim and Pakistan leadership. Other than these few remarks, there was neither leakage of any plan nor the pulse of the briefing. The Indian military attempts to take over entire tourism business in Jammu and Kashmir and remain deployed to convert Muslim Kashmir into craddle of hinduism is also linked with the terrorist attack.

The only leads till 22 April was words; operation, some plan that went fine, some planned impact through national and international media against Kashmiris Muslim and Pakistan leadership. There also confirm reports that two Central Reserve Police Force units deployed at Pahalgam till early this year were withdrawn and not a single military or Police personnel was visible. Immediately on the occurrence of terrorist carnage complete Internet service was shut down, which was also confirmed by a number of witnesses. The statements of the witnesses before Indian media or personal mobile clips regarding the incident were some of the clues in which some of them was unauthentic to increase viewership. The prime information was provided by an official of 18 Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry (J&K LI) on the condition of anonymity, which traced Indian Military Intelligence (MI) role in the terrorist act.

In the neighbouring Pakistan, an important case was pending before Supreme Court of Pakistan, to address the question if Pakistan was a secular state or Islamic ideological state, in order to get judgment from the highest Court regarding future direction of Pakistan. We cannot peep into the hearts of individuals but in same backdrop statements were issued regarding “Ideology of Pakistan” were issued that attracted international attention. When some of the witnesses mentioned that the terrorists inquired each human target about his religious affiliation before killing him and only Hindus were killed, seems valid in the above context but suspicion arises why a single injured person in Pahalgam terrorist attack has not been interviewed even after the passage of four days. Another important point that Indian authorities failed to answer why Kashmiri Muslim namely Syed Adil Hussain Shah son of Hyder Shah when the terrorists were targeting Hindus only. His younger sister, Ravisa disclosed, “We are told that he tried to snatch the gun when he was shot. Three bullets hit his chest, and one hit his throat." Interestingly, the relatives disclosed, “the Indian authorities gave us full sentences about Syed Adil Hussain Shah to utter before media, otherwise we have no idea how he was killed.”

It is strange that today on 25 April 2025, General Upendra Dwivedi, India's Army Chief visited Srinagar while Rahul Gandhi also visited the same time after cutting short his US visit; what he discussed in the US is top lead. In another interesting development, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s IT and Social Media cell in Karnataka made it public that Indian leader Rahul Gandhi’s April 2025, US trip was linked to the terror attack that killed 26 civilians. The Bengaluru City Police has registered an FIR against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s IT and Social Media cell in Karnataka for a post allegedly seeking to defame Rahul Gandhi in connection with the Pahalgam terror strike. Meanwhile, Adil Hussain Thokar resident of Gurre village in Bijbehara, Hashim Musa alias Suleman and Ali Bhai alias Talha Bhai have been named by Indian Police as main suspects behind the attack.

In just four days after the 22 April attack, the Indian Security Forces have arrested 41 Kashmiri Muslim and arrested over 970 innocent unarmed Kashmiris. The Kashmiris and Indian Muslims have gone to defensive mode expressing solidarity with Hindus and are silent over their demands of statehood, settling non-Kashmiris and handing over bossiness opportunities to foreigners and non-Kashmiri State subjects, about which they were protesting few days back. Sri Amarnath Yatra will be held from 3 July 2025 to 9 August 2025. Online booking started while Indian Army has started huge constructions including Mandirs and other dwelling houses for thousands of pilgrims. No doubt, there should be no discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, colour or creed but why Indian occupying forces are depriving Kashmiris basis rights inckluding their right of self-determination. India is pressurizing Pakistan to commit terrorism and grave human rights violations against Pakistanis over the statement of an absconder Pakistan military officer, who fled to India in 1997 and later acquired Canadian nationality.

Over the recent extradition of Major Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a member of sectarian minority group, a criminal who is an absconder from Pakistan Army who fled Pakistan and established business in Mumbai India in 1997, India feels she got the license to go all out in pursuit of those who have committed acts of terror during 26 November Mumbai attacks.

The Indian Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) met on 23 April 2025 to take account of the situation Pahalgam terrorist attack on 22 April 2025, in which 24 Indians, one Kashmiri and one Nepali citizen were killed while many other sustained injuries. The CCS decided number of measures and claimed that these measures will remain enforced until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably abjures its support for cross-border terrorism.

These measures included: held the Indus Waters Treaty of 1960 in abeyance with immediate, close Check Post at Attari with immediate effect, facility of SAARC Visa Exemption Scheme (SVES) to Pakistani nationals has been cancelled and Pakistani nationals are give 48 hours to leave India, Pakistan’s Defence Advisors (Attaché) in the Pakistani High Commission at New Delhi are declared Persona Non Grata and told to leave India within a week while posts of Defence/Navy/Air Advisors have been annulled from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad.

Since this year there is complete ban on political activities in Indian held Jammu and Kashmir and ban has been imposed on all pro-Pakistan political parties including Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and other prominent leaders. Indian agencies are trying to divide Kashmiris on sectarian lines and pro-Iran parties are secretly funded and brought in highlight.  The Kashmiris have rejected Indian rule in the disputed state and demand UNO to allow their right of self-determination.

Meanwhile, the CCS also reviewed the overall security situation and directed all India forces including Para Military Forces to maintain high vigil. New Delhi announced that the perpetrators of the attack would be brought to justice and their sponsors held to account. 

Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir had already given a statement that 1.3 million Indian Army, with all its wherewithal cannot intimidate and coercive us.

In a well-planned act of terrorism on 22 April 2025, innocent unarmed tourists were targeted in Baisaran mountain top near Pahalgam in India occupied Jammu and Kashmir state, killing at least 16 people and injuring several others. There are also reports that 28 people got killed but same could not be confirmed till now. As expected Indian authorities claimed that Resistance Front of Lashkar-e-Tayyiaba has accepted the responsibility for the attack. Indian Army has claimed that they have started massive joint search and cordon operations in the area to track down the terrorists involved in Pahalgam in terror attack and made several arrests. There was advance information that a joint action plan by the American and Indian actors in collaboration with pro-Indian agents in Pakistan was in full swing to target Kashmiri and other Muslims after establishing their links with Pakistan and Afghanistan as well as recovery of American weapon and equipment from them.

If we recall, a week back, Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir addressing a convention claimed. "Our forefathers thought that we are different from the Hindus in every possible aspect of life. Our religion is different, our customs are different, our traditions are different, our thoughts are different, our ambitions are different. That was the foundation of the two-nation theory that was laid there. We are two nations and not one nation." He said, "Our stance, Government stance on Kashmir is absolutely clear, it was our jugular vein, it is our jugular vein, we will not forget it and we will not leave our Kashmiri brothers in their heroic struggle what they are waging against India occupation." He added, “If 1.3 million Indian Army, with all its wherewithal, if they cannot intimidate us and they cannot coercive us, these terrorists can subdue Armed Forses of Pakistan. do you think these terrorists can subdue us?" Earlier, Director General Inter Services Public Relations, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry claimed officially that American manufactured weapons including M4A1 carbine rifle was recovered from the site of Jaffar Express train terrorist attack on 11 March 2025.

Interestingly, US Vice-President JD Vance was on official four-day visit to India alongwith his wife Ms Usha and their three children. Ms Usha Vance's parents migrated from the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh to the US. The visit is also linked with Indian Intelligence efforts to blame Pakistan as epicenter of terrorism by provoking actions against Lashkar-e-Tayyiaba and other Kashmiri groups. If we recall, on 10^th April 2025, Indian origin Canadian national, Tahawar Hussain Rana landed at New Delhi airport and was received by Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA). It surprised those at the airport that despite being hard core terrorist, alleged to be mastermind behind Mumbai attacks of 26^th November 2008 he was accorded reception with no apparent police custody, no blindfolding and no handcuffs by the bulk of security forces personnel present there dragging him into vehicle as if he was a state guest. He has been extradited to India to act as witness against Pakistan involvement in terrorism and pave way for operations against Kashmiris who are demanding their right of self-determination to get independence from Indian military occupation.

We cannot ignore that Tahawar Hussain Rana’s parents migrated from India to Pakistan in 1950s to hunt for better fortune mange to get several acres of land and properties in Pakistan. Due to wealthy status Tahawar Hussain Rana father managed to get his son admission in one of the most prestigious institution of Pakistan, Cadet College Hasanabdal. Later he was commissioned as doctor at Army Medical Crops but absconded and fled to Canada in 1997. He had strong links with India and established offices in Mumbai. He is still a deserter from Pakistan Army and a criminal for whom there is reward on his arrest but pro-Indian lobby in within Pakistani authorities believe in wait and see game to please India.

Linked is an American conspiracy bill to pressurize Pakistan to act on the dictates Washington and New Delhi that pertains proposed legislation which calls for the imposition of sanctions on Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan,General Asif Munir if the country does not take steps to improve its human rights situation. The bill will allows the US to deny visas and entry to the individuals accused of human rights violations. This would require wavier certificate by the US President to allow visas and entry to those accused of human rights violations.

The people of Pakistan condemn this coward act of terrorism and express their condolence to those who got killed in this dirty intelligence game. It is matter of same that in this well chalked out terrorist plan by Indian Intelligence agency, certain high positioning officials and some others in Pakistan having Indian connections are also involved. We should not forget that Kashmiri Hindu Pandits, Sikhs and Muslims are part of Kashmiri nation and if they express their right of self-determination in favour of becoming part of Pakistan, they will be equal citizens and part of Pakistani nations. Let everyone know that all the Scheduled Caste of India voted for Pakistan and are still living in Pakistan, especially in Sindh province. It is high time that UNO and civilized nations of the world should join hand to force India and Pakistan to allow Kashmiris of both sides of Line of Control to express their right of self-determination so that such acts of intelligence agencies' chalked out terrorism are over once forever and peace is restored between India and Pakistan.

It is too early to say what will be the outcome of Washington's approach of putting pressure on other nations and leveling allegations on their top military brass to bail out United States. It is late as now the cat is out of the bag. The US authorities might not have shared the truth with President Donald Trump as despite doubts over the American institutions he has still assigned roles to them. Although the case is sub-judice but the US strategic policy makers are moving faster than expected and have put all blame of Pakistan military, forgetting that Islamabad acted in the capacity of NATO major ally on the dictates of CIA and Pentagon. The Court’s decision is awaited that is going to expose the dirty game played in the region and beyond.

The American reaction in a desperate state aimed to hide the past and her ongoing misadventures leading to mass killing of millions of innocent men women and children in Afghanistan, Pakistan the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere. It will be a fruitless effort by the American military, its Intelligence and the political machinery to blame others in order to evade the evidences of arming and funding number of states, groups and individuals in crimes against humanity. We must not forget that in the recent past the US imposed sanctions on International Criminal Court for issuing arrest warrants of US’ ally on account of genocide and other war crimes.

In January 2025, to pressurize Pakistan, Mr. Biggs of Arizona referred a bill to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, “To terminate the designation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as a major non-NATO ally, and for other purposes.” This is not all, the Pakistan military is being pushed to walls to deploy her forces in Middle East in particular Palestine and neighbourhood in order to protect American and Israeli interests. Will the General Headquarters deny deployments against marked regions including Middle East and Afghanistan to wipe out terrorists? In the recent months we witnessed Islamabad mending the fences with the Middle Eastern countries, especially Saudi Arabia which alarmed the West. Pakistan invited royal guests from Saudi Arabia and China on her national day parade.

Most people and the American taxpayers have a lot of expectations from President Donald Trump who is trying his level best to make America great and bring peace in the world. However, Washington must shun the approach of ignoring rule of international law and decisions of International organizations. The tactics of blackmailing, coercion and disregard to human rights must rejected at once and ensure that the energies and military strength should only devoted towards peace. We expect a big decision from the Courts that would expose the Truth, which was always ignored in the past.

There is no truth the actions against latest unrest and law and order situation in the country has anything to do with Maharng Baloch or former PM Imran Ahmed Khan who are part of the planners and being used to cover-up the Truth. How one can miss that the authorities are supporting actors behind the 9^th May terrorism cum mutiny against the state of Pakistan, where despite being suspected terrorists are enjoying VVIP treatment and access to media and Twitter account. How it is possible that for such nefarious crimes no military operations have been launched in posh areas of Federal capital and provinces, where those who are glorifying these terrorists? Here the rule and policy against glorification of terrorists do not apply against this nobility.

We must not forget the commitments made in the previous years to bring tricky changes in the constitution to resort to “Rule of rod policy” and reaching extra-constitutional constitutional authority to strike out basic constitutional guaranties pertaining to human rights. To pressurize Pakistan, as also in the past, in January 2025, Mr. Biggs of Arizona referred a bill to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, “To terminate the designation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as a major non-NATO ally, and for other purposes.”

Pakistan was declared as major non-NATO ally pursuant to Foreign Assistance Act and provided billions of dollar to conduct military operations against own people and Muslims with a mission “to disrupt the safe haven and freedom of movement of the Haqqani Network in Pakistan and coordinate with the Government of Afghanistan to restrict the movement of militants including Haqqani Network, along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border”.

Let the time and superior Courts decide who is behind the terrorists’ attacks and killings in Pakistan. But with regards to Haqqani network on 28 February 2025, in an attack on Darul Uloom Haqqania six people were killed and 28 injured including killing of Maulana Hameed ul Haq Haqqani son of Maulana Sami ul Haq Haqqani, who was also subject to target killing on 2 November 2018 by political workers when he could not reach the protest rally to which he had an alliance. The drama of Jaffar Express is before us that require thorough investigation, at least the photo of terrorists which authorities claims they have killed must be made public so that nations should know if they were Baloch or someone else.

In the latest incident, a number of long-body heavy trailers, carrying urea from Gwadar port to Afghanistan were purposely set on fire in the Tajaban area at national highway on 26 March 2025, also killing at least five people. These heavy vehicles were loaded with urea fertilizer for agricultural purpose but authorities on the condition of anonymity disclosed that the urea might be used for military and terrorist purposes. There are reports of drone attacks and imposing curfew in Waziristan too.

In another development, the Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi has formed a special 15-member committee, headed by himself while home secretaries of all the provinces including AJK and GB as well as Intelligence agencies representatives will be the members, to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country. The Committee’s agenda is to make Pakistan a 'Hard State' by taking actions to eradicate terrorism, monitor the repatriation of Afghan nationals and preserve national interest of Pakistan. It is strange that those who have direct links with India and the western masters are most active to destroy this Islamic Republic to a level beyond restoration. Pakistan has already announced that those suspected terrorists and their accomplices who killed could and are unrecognizable will be secretly buried through Edhi (NGO) after getting their DNA tests and those interested can get there DNA test to match with terrorist. No doubt, it is game of blood and fire.

One wonders last year Pakistan was talking about Green Pakistan, promoting of tourism and the country’s image as a “Soft Power”. Why opposite of what was previously announced is being implemented. We do not want to see the killings of our security forces just because they are performing their duties. We do not want to see the killings of ordinary citizens on suspicion of their involvement in terrorism and we do not want our state authorities to act on the plans of agents of foreign powers to divide Pakistan and destroy the country. It is high time for nation to unite and save the country. The secretary General United Nations must also intervene to stop such foreign pressures to do more for remaining and faithful servants and allies.

Today on 23rd March 2025, when Pakistan is celebrating “Pakistan Day” and we look forward for a bright future of this Islamic State, the media if full of incidents of terrorism, insecurity and grand military operations throughout the country. Beside other news, MQM leader Altaf Hussain strongly criticized arrest of human rights activist Mahrang Baloch by authorities and termed it as “direct violation of human rights and infringement on freedom guaranteed by the constitution”. There should be no doubt that why this statement has been given and what are the objectives.

A day earlier, Saturday, 22^nd March 2025 witnessed killing of four labourers from Punjab in Malangzai area of Mangochar city in Balochistan’s Kalat district while four policemen were also gunned down in in the Gharibabad of Noshki district on the same day. Post terrorist act, statements were issued by President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfrraz Bugti and many others condemning brutal killing and called for effective action against terrorist elements to eliminate all forms of terrorism from the country.

The immediate outcome of the killing was that the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) reviewed Security Services Framework Agreement between the Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC) and the Government of Pakistan, as well as an MoU signed between RDMC and the Frontier Corps Balochistan, sanctioned Pak Rupees 1.79 billion for security measures amid growing concerns over the law and order situation in Balochistan. In addition, Director General of Balochistan Levies Force, Abdul Ghaffar Magsi confirmed that the Balochistan government is establishing a counter-terrorism wing of the Balochistan Levies Force to enable the security force to face all challenges relating to acts terrorism. The apparent bottom lines there are attempts to exclude ”Baloch” and “Punjabis” from Balochistan province by dubbing the former as security risk and later under security threat.

Earlier, on 31 January 2025, 18 security personnel were killed in Mangocher area of Kalat District while on 18 February 2025, media reports claimed gunman blocked the road in Barkhan district of Balochistan, stopped a bus and took off passengers after checking their Punjabi origin, lined up and killed seven Punjabi passengers. On 11 March 2025, terrorists hijacked Jaffar Express train in Bolan district and put blame on Baloch nationalists including Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) who categorically denied any involvement. The Indian handlers and their agents in Pakistan continued beating the drums that BLA while accusing Pakistan Army of resorting to lies to cover up defeat, announced successful completion of two phase ‘Operation Dar-e-Bolan’ in which 354 security personnel were killed, over 100 injured and 214 personnel were taken as hostage. It is strange that in Jaffar Express hijacking the terrorists divided the passengers in groups comprising of Punjabis, Saraikis, Sindhis, Baloch while separate group of Army and FC personnel were made to killed selected passengers.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfrraz Bugti has invented a unique scientific method of disposing off dead bodies of suspected or hardcore terrorists, although to me, and many others it seems insult to human beings. To him there are two options available with the authorities; first to leave the dead bodies at the site of operation where they were killed but it was their responsibility under the law to bring back the dead bodies and get their DNA tested so that it is known who were those who were fighting against state of Pakistan. If those killed could not be identified we conduct their DNA tests and through an Edhi (NGO) those who are unrecognizable are lawfully buried. Government position is that if we leave the dead bodies at the site of encounter, it will further increase the numbers in list of missing persons. No matter if bring them (dead bodies) or we do not bring there is an issue. The constitution of Pakistan does not allow to glorify terrorists so lawfully we gave dead bodies which could not be recognized to Edhi; they buried them after getting them DNA tested and put a plate on the grave and if some one is interested he can match the DNA and either let the dead body remain buried there or take the dead body temporarily buried there to burry somewhere else. We will continue it as policy.

If we recall, former Prime Minister Imran Ahmed Khan Naizi, announced the successful agreement with the Canadian firm for the development of the Reko Diq mine in Balochistan, he tweeted, "I congratulate the nation and people of Balochistan on successful agreement with Barrick Gold for development of Reko Diq mine," where Barrick Gold owns a 50% stake in the Reko Diq mine and the governments of Pakistan and the province of Balochistan own the other 50%. In December 2022, the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 13 pages judgment over Presidential reference declared the agreement as "legal". The Court declared, “As per the Riko Diq agreement, most workers will be Pakistanis. This is not for a single person but for Pakistan”. The Court ruled that the constitution does not allow legislation against national assets, and the provinces can make changes in the laws related to minerals. The point cannot be neglected that the agreement was inked between the federal and provincial governments but Balochistan Assembly was taken into confidence. Article 172 of the Constitution of Pakistan provides, “(1) Any property which has no rightful owner shall, if located in a Province, vest in the Government of that Province, and in every other case, in the Federal Government,” and “ (3) Subject to the existing commitments and obligations, mineral oil and natural gas within the Province or the territorial waters adjacent thereto shall vest jointly and equally in that Province and the Federal Government.” Although, Article 172 (3) also require review but no one should have doubt that oil and natural gas are not classified as minerals.

We must understand that each state must remain empowered to fight terrorism in accordance with the rule of law and human rights but they must also respect the prohibition on the use of force as strictly interpreted by the International Court of Justice. Beside fake news by enemies, adversaries and self-interest holders within state machinery, reaction in the shape of operations often crosses civilized nations. One wonder we have a precedent of 9 May terrorism cum mutiny against the state but why military operations were not launched in posh areas of Federal capital and provinces? Whey rule and policy of glorification of terrorists do not apply against this nobility? And why only religious factions and hardcore true nationalists of Pakistan who demand implementation of the Constitution are criticized and targeted? It is high time that State authorities, International community including UNO and human right organizations must reject traditional propaganda and assist Pakistan to track the real terrorists and protect the victims including Baloch, Tribals, religious minded nationals and security personnel who are only performing their duties.
